La Leche League

La Leche League offers breastfeeding support across 80 countries. They also offer in person and online support services.

The Lactation Network

The Lactation Network provides breastfeeding support by connecting mothers with lactation consultants. They also assist employers with setting up breastfeeding support for their employees through their benefits.

Baby Cafe USA

Baby Cafe’ USA connects mothers to local breastfeeding support. They offer free, drop-in support groups as well as additional resources such as informational guides, newsletters, and FAQ’s on donating breastmilk.

Breastfeeding USA

Breastfeeding USA is a volunteer non-profit providing information and support to breastfeeding mothers.

Government Assistance

National Breastfeeding Helpline

Through the Office on Women’s Health under the U.S. Health and Human Services Department, the National Breastfeeding Helpline offers support from breastfeeding peer counselors. Call for free between Monday-Friday 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. 1-800-994-9662

Women, Infant & Children (WIC)

Offered through the U.S. Department of Agriculture, WIC, offers online informational resources.
