Prenatal Vitamin

Choose a prenatal vitamin that has a good amount of Folate, Iron, and Choline. There are many options for Prenatal’s so be sure to check which one you prefer. Be sure to check price, serving size, and ingredients.

Ginger Chews

Ginger chews to help settle the nausea. These are not too overwhelming with the ginger taste.

Water Bottle

If you don’t already have a good water bottle now is the time to invest in one. Hydration is key in pregnancy and breastfeeding later. This Simple Modern Water Tumbler is my favorite.

Snacks

One of the best ways to keep the nausea at bay is to snack throughout the day. I discovered that if I snacked through the day, I felt somewhat normal so I kept a bag of crackers or bland snacks with me all the time.

Comfy Pajamas

A good set of pajamas are the perfect things to keep you comfortable during those exhausting, first trimester days. I have this exact set from Real Essentials and they are so comfortable.

Pregnancy Planner/Journal

A pregnancy planner/journal will help you keep track of all those doctor appointments as well as keep note of memories and keep sakes like ultrasounds.
